Regency Mahogany Dining Table

early 19th century, consisting of two D-ends and a central drop-leaf section, all with reeded edge and raised on ribbed tapering circular legs headed by a turned capital and ending in toupie feet.
h. 29", w. 41-1/2", ext. l. 109"

Condition

**In very good condition. Each section of the top is a one-board figured top.

Minor old stains and imperfections from age and use. There is a reglued splinter loss at one interior top corner of an end, about 2" wide by 10" long, coming to a point. There is a shrinkage crack with slight separation to one drop leaf, extending in about 10".

Good overall patina - one side with a little sun-fading. Very good quality wood.

The extended table is sturdy and stable. Brass cleats to secure the leaves to the ends are now missing. The center section can function as a stand-alone table.

Height to bottom of apron: 24"
