Fine presentation of individual twelve 9" x 11" photographs mounted to 13" x 18" mounts, images of the 1935 "Reichsparteitag Ernte-Dankfest" held on November 9, 1935. The meeting, colloquially called the "Buckebergfest" , was held at Buckeberg, Hagenohsen from 1933 to 1937. After the Nuremberg Party Rally and the celebration of May 1 ("National Work Day" or from 1934, the "National Holiday of the German People") in Berlin, it was the largest mass event of the NSDAP. The photos include images of German soldiers marching through the town, four photos of Hitler at the festivities, along with Hess and Streicher, Hitler Youth and young children cheering and saluting Hitler, R.A.D. members on parade, shovels in hand, other parades, and more. The photos are enclosed within a linen-covered folder with printed title and cloth securing flap, the cover soiled and worn at corners, contents fine. Printed by Verlag Ullstein, January 30, 1936.
