Floor lamp Mod. Sch 1 Schliephacke

Aluminum, black cast iron. H. 112 - 210 cm. Wilhelm Noack, Berlin, Design 1959, Schliephacke, Berlin architect and designer, pupil of Eduard Ludwig and in close contact with Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, designed this multifunctional lamp for the Berlin student dormitory Eichkamp. The lamp, also called 'frying pan', has been produced in small numbers by the Berlin-based metalworking workshop Noack since the sixties.
