READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING !! All items in this Auction are located at a residence in Oldwick NJ . Some items may need a light cleaning. Invoices will be sent out the day after the auction. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. Bidding is open now and lots start closing on Tuesday Dec. 11th @6pm. Make sure you Click on "watch live auction" at 6 pm eastern time, to watch lots close. Payment is due by Saturday December 15th by 3pm and Pick up day is Monday December 17th from 9am-4:30pm. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. If your items are not picked up on specified day, they are considered abandoned. We will only be at the house on pick up day and no other days !! Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - Pick up is preferred. If you want an item shipped, there is a $15 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal for our shipping charges, 48 hours after pick up day.
