This original Rockne model 65 was built in South Bend, IN by Studebaker, In 1931 Rockne was named the promotional manager for Studebaker, while still coaching the Notre Dame football team. Shortly after being named promotional manager, Rockne was killed in an airplane crash. Studebaker continued to produce the car in his honor. This car features an inline 66 horse powersix cylinder engine, manual transmission, and 110" wheel base. The car has outstanding styling and stands well. Car includes two signs and box of extra parts. The car has been owned by two different museums recently, but the last owner went through it all and the car is ready to drive.
