All buyers and bidders agree that the sales are final and all items "AS IS", no regrets, remorse, and returns after auction ends. All the sales are final, and no return will be allowed in any situations and circumstance. Bidders and their representatives agree to give up any legal rights or other actions against seller due to authentication or mistakes in the description now and future. Bidders understand that they have been given the warnings on description for possible technical mistakes or different understandings. Bidders and their representatives waive all the rights for asking or seeking any future financial rewards and compensations from the seller for themselves and other parties in any circumstance. The seller is excluded from any responsibilities, liabilities and duties for the sale now and future. Buyers and bidders understand pictures in the auction may be a bit different in color due to the reflections and flash lights. Buyers and Bidders agree, in case of the website failure, and the auction could not be completed successfully, the seller has rights to make adjustments or cancel the sale and change the auction results at seller's will. All the payments have to be made to the seller within 5 days after sales. In case of non payment, the seller will open a case with live auctioneers immediately. The bidder will be blocked for future buying on live auctioneers. We only take check, money order, direct or wire transfer of the fund(add $15 each transaction for the bank fees). The seller is not responsible for any mistakes for the item descriptions and authentication of the selling items. Due to the complexity of oriental antique, all the descriptions in this sale are for educational purpose, the buyer take full responsibility for judging all items, their authentication should be based on bidders' own judgements. Seller takes no responsibility for any descriptions. Buyers and bidders are advised hereby. It is buyer's responsibility to ask for condition report in any doubts,seller does not post condition of the lots unless the bidders ask for the report. However, condition report may contain mistakes or misunderstanding. Those mistakes or misunderstanding could not be used to change auction results, nor to get return and refund. All the sales are final. Seller is not responsible for shipping. Some items such as ivory or animal products could not be shipped oversea. and oversea bidders should not bid on those items. Seller will give out a surrounding shippers list after buyer payment is made. It is the buyer's arrangement to negotiate with shippers. and the seller will release the items to the shipper per buyer's final instructions. Seller will not be responsible for anything happens (include damages, losses,delay,service issues) during the transportation. The buyer should buy the shipping insurance with the shipper at buyer's choice. A shipper has to be selected by buyer within 2 weeks after the payment is cleared. Seller will release the items to the shipper per buyer's email notification. Payments are taken only in bank transfer(add bank service fee), money order, Paypal(add 5% service fee for Paypal, and you need to have fund ready immediately, no waiting for funding) or personal check within USA(not other countries) in USA fund. Seller only release the item after the payment is cleared (Check needs two weeks to clear at least). Any fake payment will be considered criminal acts, we will charge 5% more as fine in case the payment is bounced. The seller keeps all the rights for final explanations of this agreement between buyers and sellers. For Illinois resident, local tax will be charged with 8% rate. Happy bidding!
