All packaging and shipping for this auction will be done by The Packaging Place in East Stroudsburg Pa. unless buyer has a private shipping company. They can be contacted directly at (570)-421-8048. SHIPPING FOR ALL FIREARMS WILL BE $40.00. NO FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT OF THE USA.
Payment or arrangements for payment for all items purchased is due by EOB the day following the sale.

ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO 6% SALES TAX UNLESS NO SALES TAX IS TO BE COLLECTED VIA PENNSYLVANIA LAW (COINS) OR A VALID SALES TAX NUMBER IS PROVIDED.
All buyers will have 2 weeks from the sale date to remove items from our gallery. If payment is made promptly and you will be using our shipper no storage fees will be incurred. Any items left here longer than 2 weeks will be charged $10.00 per day per item for storage.
1.All property is sold in "as is" condition and all sales are final. Teel Auctions and its consignor make no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the property or the correctness of the catalog or other description of the authenticity of authorship, physical condition, size, age, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of the property or otherwise. The auctioneers are in no way liable for guaranteed condition of goods.
2.The highest bidder shall be deemed the purchaser by the auctioneer. Should any dispute arise between the two or more bidders, the article or articles being sold shall be immediately put up for resale. Highest bidder to receive that article.
3.When the item is declared sold by the auctioneer, the purchaser assumes full liability for that item and remains on premises at the purchaser's risk. All items must be removed from the premises withing 1 week after the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
4.Full payment for all purchases shall be made by purchaser within 24 hours from the time the sale ends unless prior arrangements have been made. No vehicle will leave the facility and no titles will be issued until all funds have cleared.
5. Payments shall be made in the form of cash, approved check, visa, American Express, MasterCard, or through live auctioneers processing.
6. No items comprised of bone will be shipped out of the United States.
