Buyer Pays Shipping Cost, we will deliver all items to local shipping store called The UPS Store, and all charges will be paid to them directly by the buyer. The handling and shipping of all items will be processed in a term of 5-7 business days.

All items are sold on a Visa, MC, and PayPal, check upon approval, and no merchandise will be taken until all funds are cleared. All items are sold on a cash, Visa, or MC basis. No payment combinations. All sales are final if you are an online buyer and you do not pay with PAYPAL please call us for payment Mon-Fri or you can make your request through our email: firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be answered as soon as possible.
Billing for online buyers: invoices will be sent the following day and must be paid for within 24-48 hours of conclusion of the auction.
All art work is brought to us from local estates, collections, and consignments. All art is sold in the Manner of the artist mentioned, we ask the buyer to do a research before purchase. As all sales are final most descriptions are given to us by consignors and brought to us from collections out of estates so please use your best judgement on all items with photos provided.

Willow Fine Art Gallery accept returns within 5 days from the moment the buyer receives the piece. After that period no refunds will be accepted or will be subject to discretion of the house
Return shipment must be paid by the buyer. Please be aware that our house also charges a restocking fee 25% of the value paid for the item.
The buyer must take into consideration the following regulations when making a return:
We do not accept returns of parts that have suffered accidents, breakages, etc. All returns must match the same condition in which it was delivered by the seller. Altered, changed, broken pieces are not accepted, different from the state they were in when they were delivered by the seller. All parts have been rigorously reviewed.
