TWO CHINESE SLIP GLAZED PORCELAIN VASES, POSSIBLY LATE 19TH /20TH CENTURY, one of bottle form with a circular thinly covered neutral rim, shading to a lovely aubergine deep burgundy and lavender hued slip, on a long cylindrical neck and bulbous body continuing to the bottom of the exposed foot rim, enclosing a conforming clear glazed underside bearing an underglaze blue archaistic style Qianllong mark, height: 13 3/4", diameter: 7"; the other with a sang de boeuf slip glazed, having a neutral circular rim above a dark burgundy slip covered and raised ring flaring neck on a baluster form body, continuing to an uneven dripping line on the exposed foot rim, enclosing a clear glazed neutral underside, height: 14 3/4", diameter: 8".

Condition

The bottle form vase has some minor small scattered nicks and frits, an old small chip on foot rim. The sang de boeuf vase has crazing throughout and slightly leans.
