A MEDIEVAL STYLE HALBERD AX, INSCRIBED "1409," 19TH CENTURY, the steel head with curved batwing ax blade having pierced bronze lined holes in circular and triangular formations, opposite a short triangular blade with one side enclosing "1206," flanked by two pyramidal spikes centering a double edged dagger, above two incorporated long rounded tongues mounted on a conforming later wood shaft, halberd head length: 20 1/4", with shaft length: 72 3/4".
Good condition for items of this age use and materials, including but not limited to; expected surface discolorations, rust and buildup, minor marks and scratches.
