An early 20th century 15ct gold gem-set pendant. Of kite-shape outline, the cushion-shape pink tourmaline, with split pearl halo and emerald, seed and split pearl floral wreath surround, suspended from a split pearl tapered surmount and rope-twist chain. Stamped 15ct. Length of pendant 3.3cms. Length of chain 40.5cms. Weight 9gms.


  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Pendant has been made up from a larger piece of jewellery.

  • Gem-stones and split pearls are replacements.

  • Pink tourmaline, medium pink, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Emeralds vivid green, with light and dark inclusions, that can be seen with ease with 10x magnification.

  • Split pearls creamy white, with typical surface features.
  • Width of pendant 2.5cms.

  • Chain width 1.8mms.
  • Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.

  • Stamped 15ct.
