Parker Who Made Carousels In The Late 19th To Early 20th Century - One Of His Carousels Was Shipped To British Columbia Which May Account For The "English" Connection In The Note On Reverse. The Eagle Clearly In The American Style And More Likely Late 19th Century Than "Early 1800's" As Indicated In The Note.
