BUYER'S PREMIUM ADDED TO ALL LOTS PURCHASED
LiveAuctioneers Online Buyer's Premium is 25% of the "Hammer Price" up to $150,000. The online Buyer's Premium for items over $150,000 is 20%.
The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the "hammer price" and any dispute shall be settled at the Auctioneer's absolute discretion.
The Auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid and to advance the bidding as he may decide.
Utah Sales Tax will be paid on 1) The Hammer Price and 2) the Buyer's Premium.
All Purchases will be subject to 8% Utah Sales Tax unless the buyer provides PCA with a valid Resale Certificate upon completion of auction. Merchandise purchased with a resale permit from a state other than Utah shall be sold outside of Utah. Sufficient ID, i.e., a business card, is required.
Non-Resale purchases from Out of State must be shipped from PCA by common carrier, or Utah Sales Tax is applicable.
All Lots are to be paid in full via Live Auctioneers Bill.com within 7 calendar days of the sale.
All lots purchased at auction must be have shipping arranged at the buyer's expense within 10 calendar days following the auction. PCA can supply a list of potential shippers upon the buyer's receipt of invoice. Lots not scheduled for pickup by your chosen shipper, may be subject to a $5.00 per lot, per day storage fee.
The property in a lot shall not pass to the buyer until the purchase price has been paid in full, and the auction is over, but, the lot shall be at the buyer's risk in all respects from the fall of the hammer.
Any representation or statement by PCA as to authorship, attribution, genuineness, origin, date, age, provenance, condition or estimated selling price is a statement of opinion only. Neither PCA nor its staff is responsible for the correctness of such opinions. Every person interested should exercise and rely on their own judgment as to such matters.
All measurements, sizes and weights are approximate.

Shipping is at buyer's cost. If a sale results in a canceled sale, we do not refund shipping or return shipping costs.
The 'bid price' refers to the highest bid acknowledged by the auctioneer. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, to advance the bidding at his or her absolute discretion and in the event of any dispute between bidders to determine the successful bidder or to reoffer and resell the lot in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, PCA sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.
The 'purchase price' is the sum of the final bid (hammer price) plus the buyer's premium and applicable sales tax unless the buyer is exempt by law from such taxes.
We reserve the right to withdraw, postpone or cancel any lot or sale before or during the auction for any reason.
No lot may be transferred.
PCA offers internet bidding as a convenience to clients and does not accept responsibility for errors or failure to execute bids for any reason. Internet bidding is offered through third-party online bidding platforms.
The copyright on all images, illustrations, digital images and text of any catalog produced by PCA are the property of PCA. You will not reproduce such text, photographs, illustrations or digital images without our prior written consent.
In the event that delivery cannot be made to the buyer because of loss due to fire, theft or any other reason, or a sale cannot be completed, our liability will be limited to the purchase price.
Condition reports are offered as a courtesy to our clients and are a statement of opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. PCA is not responsible for any error or omission. The absence of a condition report on an item does not imply the lot is in perfect condition or free from typical wear or effects commensurate with age. Buyers are responsible for determining to their own satisfaction the condition of any lot prior to bidding.
