A pair of 2 matching Roman ceramic lamps, Levant, c. 2nd Century AD, mold-made, each features a central rosette around the fill-hole and beaded border setting it off from the spout. The knob handle possesses two lobes and on bottom a shallow ring foot. Both about 4 1/8 in (10 cm) in length. Each is intact with light deposits. Scarce to find lamps from the same mold. Cf.
