Condition

Very good condition for antique French furniture of this age, use and materials including but not limited to expected light surface wear, wax residue and a faint ring on the top marble, the shelf stretcher marble has an old repaired crack on right side and same surface wear as well as some buildup along the edges. Most of the ormolu/gilt bronze mounts have a nice warm buttery gilding with expected rubbed areas and some are loose. The mahogany has lightly faded areas, some normal age cracks, small repaired and restored areas, light surface wear with scattered minor marks and scratches. Secondary woods are oak and pine with dovetail construction.
