A very attractive bird's eye view pictorial map of Boston. It shows the city from Boston University, MIT, Bunker Hill Monument and the Charles River in the upper portion, to Boston city Hospital in the lower portion. I between are the central sights, including the State House, northeastern University, Quincy Market, Paul revere House, and so on. Several businesses are also named and there is much commentary of historical information and places of historical interest. The title cartouche at lower left corner shows a 16th century couple. Bean and Cod serve as the decorative border.
