Continental, 19th century. Four pieces of stoneware, two redware pitchers with a splattered glaze in brown and green, and two yellowware pieces; tallest ht. 12 in.

Provenance: Property from the Americana Collections of Kenneth and Barbara Gruver, Germantown, OH

Condition

Reticulated yellowware pitcher has an area of loss to surface glaze. Taller yellowware piece has only seven "spikes" that are not broken or chipped, and the top also has several chips.

The redware pitchers both have wear and chipping to their upper rims, the shorter of the two has a chipped spout and loss to the glaze a few inches below the spout, and an area of old repair near the handle. The taller has a small area of glaze loss at one side.
