This is a majestic sculpture of a rearing horse. Likely to be a stallion he rears himself up high as he releases a loud neigh with his ears back. He is lean and toned each muscle distinguishable and in this stance you can see the power and strength involved. The horses main and tail are long and whimsical, his tail reaching the ground. A broken tree stump is next to him, a branch extended out along his body, detailed with rings and stubs. He is made of 100% solid bronze and rests upon a marble base. Cast using an ancient technique called the Lost Wax Method and multi tone color patina is used. Bronze Dimensions with Marble Base: Height 18 X Width 10 inches. Weight: 12 LBS.
