Pair of Italian Renaissance Revival leather and walnut armchairs, late 19th century, each having a horizontal back with a shaped and carved crest and a pierced and carved lower rail, leading to curving arms and arm supports, above a square seat, the backrest and seat upholstered in brown leather with nailhead trim, the whole rising on turned tapering column legs joined by a straight molded H-shaped stretcher terminating to toupie feet, 42.5"h x 23"w x 22"d; seat 20"h.
