AMERICAN COUNTRY PAINTED BENTWOOD PANTRY BOX, covered circular form, lapped construction with bail handle, retaining an old blue-painted surface. Together with a bail handled example, lacking its cover. Two pieces total. Mid 19th century. 5 1/2" H, 9 1/2" D cover.
Good overall condition, moderate areas of rust to the nails and handle, cover with heavy losses to the paint and minor losses to the top, the whole with areas of expected usage wear.
