Eugene Henri Cauchois Still Life Oil Painting. This oil on canvas painting titled "Bouquets de Fleurs aux Perles" depicting a floral still life is signed by the artist Eugene Henri Cauchois (French, 1850 - 1911).According to AskArt, Eugene Henri Cauchois was born in Rouen, France in 1850. He was a student of Duboe, Cabanel and Quost. By 1874, Eugene was regularly represented in the Paris Salons with flower and genre pieces. In his later years, he turned mainly to decorative painting and embellished the walls of a school in the 6th arrondissement with flowers from different seasons. Frame measures approximately 37 inches x 28.5inches, stretcher measures approximately 25.75 inches x 17.75 inches.
