A Chinese porcelain vase, Republic era. Iron red ground, enamel decorated with dragons flanking a large flower on the two opposing sides. Acanthus leaf decoration at the neck as well as overall florals and geometric motifs. Ruyi formed side handles, turquoise glazed interior. The turquoise glazed underside bears a Qing Dynasty, Qianlong reign mark in underglaze blue. Measures 13.75" high, 8" diameter at the widest point on the body. Includes a fitted presentation box, 15-5/8" x 9.75" x 8.75" high.
