AMERICAN OR CONTINENTAL CARVED BONE-HANDLED CANE / WALKING STICK, handle featuring acorns above a jovial hunter carrying possibly a fox having a stamped "STERLING" ferrule cap and bolster with cap terminating in a 1917 Liberty Dime with the bust of Mercury protruding from the coin. Circa 1917. 34 1/4" L.
Very good overall condition with minor discoloration and areas of crazing to the handle.
Provenance: From the 50-plus year collection of the late Joan M. Wentz, Germansville, PA.
