A pair of stone and faience Egyptian amulets, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, including a stone double ostrich feather amulet and a yellow faience amulet of a sistrum, either side with face of the goddess Hathor in relief. Largest: 2 cm. Ex Boston Museum of Fine Arts; previously in the collection of Horace L. Mayer who loaned and gifted items to the museum throughout the 1930's-60's. After his passing much of his remaining collection was gifted to the museum.
