Chinese 17 Century Kangxi Blue & White Porcelain Bowl, the outside well painted with a Scholar on Horseback with Guqin and 2 beautiful Ladies at a Garden Pavillion; the inside with a round image of Li Tai Bai and a wine pot; the base with a 4 character "Ruo Shen Zhen Cang" seal mark inside double circles all in underglaze blue. Approximately 4 very small glaze flakes restored with light over-painting to mouth edge. Height 3 3/8 inches (8.5 cm.). Diameter 7 3/8 inches (18.7 cm.). PROVENANCE: E & J Frankel Collection #1092 with gold paper label to base of porcelain.
