Third quarter 18th century. New England. Highly figured tiger maple, the upper case surmounted by a swan's neck rest centering an urn and flame finial over a center drawer carved with shell and acanthus on stipple ground and lower drawers flanked by reeded quarter columns the lower case centering a similar shell and acanthus carved drawer, the whole raised on cabriole legs ending in ball and claw feet.
