Top of head has been reattached. Restoration to nose and part of mouth. Expected surface wear with old nicks and abrasions that have smoothed over the years. Brown pigment around drill hole fitted with stand attachment. Back of head is not carved as this piece likely came from a relief, perhaps a sarcophagus panel. Surface deposits grace the surface.
