John 5 doesn't just play the guitar. His guitar is an extension of his soul and through it his music has become the Frankenstein birth penetrating the ear drums of fans and admirers worldwide. For John 5 the music is not just about playing, but living, breathing, feeling and passion. After performing with artists such as Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie, John 5 has built a successful solo career. His guitar is covered in nickels, but is worth much more! ***Note*** This guitar was decorated with glued-on nickels and sharpie on the back. You are bidding on a one-of-a-kind guitar personally decorated and/or autographed by the artist. This artist-customized guitar is a modified version of the Fender® Standard Series Stratocaster®. It has been modified in that it has no pick guard, in order to maximize the artist's canvas. This guitar is one of 60 ever made by Fender® at Fender® Ensenada, the Fender® Mexico manufacturing facility. 100% of the proceeds go to Little Kids Rock, a nonprofit that restores and revitalizes music programs in underfunded public schools nationwide.
