This is collection of laser prints by Lesley Schiff, a pioneer in the field of transforming laser prints to art. She studied at the Art Institute of Chicago. Her artwork using this technology was the first to be purchased by the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Her works are also in collections at the Whitney Museum in New York and she's exhibited around the world.
The 22 pieces here are all images of currency and should appeal to numismatists and coin collectors. Other works by her include images of the solar system, science fiction, and abstract art by figures such as Wassily Kandinsky. In her own words, she says "Instead of painting with oils, I paint with light.".
They are all signed in the lower right. A few have light folds or corner creases, but generally they are in very good condition, and the overall size for each piece is
16 7/8 x 11 in. wide.
