This is an excellent vintage estate ring showing a beautiful platinum setting with an outstanding Art Deco circa 1920’s style being set with Diamonds and Sapphires. Overall the ring shows a total of 1.87 carats of precious gemstones including the large round brilliant center Diamond that shows a 1.02 carat weight with I1 clarity and H color being bezel having a classic Art Deco design with four rows of channel set square step cut natural Sapphires having a weight of .61 carats and rich blue coloring being further accented by 50 round brilliant cut diamonds total .24 carats in weight with SI1 to SI2 clarity and G-H color. The ring has a very finely crafted Art-Deco 1920’s “Great Gatsby” styling showing a typical graduated design with fine hand engraved finishes. The ring comes with a GIA Certified laboratory AIGL (American International Gemological Laboratories, INC.) report and appraisal which confirms the above information and gives a current value of $11,545.00. The ring is from renowned designer Orianne Collins and is marked, “Orianne PT950”. The back of the setting has a gorgeous lattice filigree design which accents the Art Deco design of the ring.
