1643 Extremely Rare original English Civil War era pamphlet never seen for sale

Condition

As can be seen from the images, this pamphlet is disbound. The leaves are loosely held together with the chipped remains of the spine. It measures approx. 18.2cm x 14.4cm. The leaves have pale foxing/browning throughout. The title page has an ink number and brackets to the top margin. Occasional chips/creases to edges, else reasonable, and complete.
