Description
ASSORTED EARLY CUT GLASS ARTICLES, LOT OF SIX, colorless lead glass, comprising three Strawberry Diamonds and Fan decanters, with one being pint and the others being quart size, one having a period mushroom stopper, and three loose stoppers with two having Strawberry Diamonds and Fans and another with a band of punties. Pittsburgh area. First half 19th century. 4" to 7 1/8" H.
One diamond stopper having scattered flaking; largest decanter having a minor bruise to the top of one basal flute; punty stopper having roughness to the end of the extension; remainder undamaged with several examples having minor wear.
Provenance: From the Duane Sand collection, Eureka Springs, AR.
