Wilijalba Frikell was a 19th-century German magician who was known for vaudeville performances and intricate stage apparatuses in his show. Because of the popularity of his magic, he published a book of his magic tricks titled ‘The Parlor Magician’. This book included secrets of magic tricks with detailed illustrations and descriptions of his apparatuses.
