Description
Joslyn Model 1864 single shot carbine with 22" round barrel, graduated flip-up carbine sight, and blade front. Chambered in .54 rimfire with 3-groove rifling. Plain, wooden 1-piece stock with saddle ring and military style buttplate, marked "U.S." on top tang. CONDITION: Very good with metal parts worn to a pleasing brown patina with some light handling marks. Stock is good, with dents, dings, scratches, and chips from heavy use but is solid. No inspector markings discernible. Appears to have been lightly sanded. Action works correctly.
