Description
Original multi-page story and artwork by Roy Williams for The Mickey Mouse Club. Charming 20-page story and original artwork for a performance on The Mickey Mouse Club titled, "The Magic Words," by Walt Disney staff artist, Roy Williams. Roy would do segments where he would sing a song and draw pictures as he sang. Accomplished in crayon, ink and marker on 6 in. x 8 ¼ in. leaves of illustration paper and comprising a complete sequence for a song on the importance of words. Roy Williams also appeared on The Mickey Mouse Club as the "Big Mouseketeer" and is credited as co-creating the signature Mouseketeer ears worn on the show. Trace of handling wear at corners. Wonderful original artwork from this beloved show.
