About the artists: Kiev artist Turansky Alexander A. Born July 22, 1936 in Berdichev, Zhytomyr region. He graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (1961). Teachers in the specialty - V. Kostetsky, V. Puzyrykov. Worked in the industry of easel painting. Participated in exhibitions: Republican since 1952, All-Union since 1961. Main works: “Before the attack. 1918 ”(1958); "Noon" (1966); Arsenal Rebels (1967); Scouts of the Future, The Word of Truth (1968 - 1969) and others. He lived and worked in Kiev.
1950-1954 - Studied at the Kiev art school. Teachers: E. Volobuev, G. Zorya, Y. Yatchenko.
1955-1961 r. - He studied at the Kiev State Art Institute. Teachers in the specialty: K. Trohimenko, V. Kostetskiy, V. Bubbles.
Since 1952 - takes part in many all-Union and republican art exhibitions.
In 1966 .. - For the painting "Risen" received the prize of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
1967 - Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
