(1934 - 2017) Drifter whose 'family' committed the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders in 1969. Good content A.L.S. 'Easy Manson' with swastika, 2pp. sm. folio., Vacaville, CA, July 30, 1980, to his biographer NUEL (MELTON) EMMONS, reading in part: '...I do think if we don’t make it worth more to them people - I always said if I were a whore I wouldn't be cheap...man we got the time & if we take our time I feel sooner or later they gona come to our deal...I do have some thought about water & trees aire & wildlife & survival...but they won't aire it if its bad for the money mind...unless thay pay & then they will become bound to air it...if its got a price tag...they got to git there own money back...100 thousand for you & 100 thousand for me...I could be the richest jail bird ever - but I don't want nothing that looks like I'm selling crime or selling out to look like a good guy...' Manson signs at the bottom of the second page. Sold with a separate card (unsigned), discussing Manson's desire for a box of nylon strings and warning Emmons '...don’t take no chance of your wife going through no changes by playing hankiepankie with anyone that I would get blamed...' Very good, with transmittal envelope. From the estate of Manson's biographer NUEL (MELTON) EMMONS (1927-2002), who had once been jailed with and later befriended Manson. He co-wrote 'Manson in His Own Words'.
