Replica of the "Olokun" Head, one of several copper alloy heads excavated in 1910 at Ife, Nigeria that were originally crafted by Yoruba artists in the 14th-16th c., with holes around the hairline intended to hold a crown, neck hole for attachment to a wooden support, 14 1/2" high, 7" x 8 1/2". Dents, split in neck.
