Description
Exported 5/2000 with certificate from Cultural Ministry, Italy. A magnificent oil on canvas measuring about 40" in height by 30 inches wide by Ignaz Stern. Stern's work sold in Vienna for over $40,000 in October of 2010. Rarely do his works come onto the market and when they do they command a high price. This work has been restored at some point in the past. High quality restoration. There is some crackling to the surface of the painting but no peeling paint or paint loss.
