 Tiffany Bamboo floor lamp, $241,900, Cottone Auctions

A Tiffany Studios bronze floor lamp having a Bamboo design leaded glass sold for $241,900 and a vintage Tiffany & Co. 5.25-carat diamond ring realized $182,900 at Cottone Auctions’ Spring Fine Art & Antiques Auction held March 23-24 in Geneseo, N.Y. Also, a watercolor, India ink and pastel painting on paper by Joan Miro (Spanish, 1893-1983), brought $64,000; and an oil on canvas painting by William Aiken Walker (South Carolina., 1838-1921), titled Cotton Picker (1886), made $22,420.

Racing fans revved for Julien’s Richard Petty auction May 12
