Bremo Auctions decorative arts sale offers interesting variety Nov. 19

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Bremo Auctions will conduct a fine and decorative arts auction on Saturday, Nov. 19. Absentee and Internet live bidding will be available through LiveAuctioneers.com.

The 400-lot sale includes a lovely collection of period (including Shenandoah Valley and Eastern Shore, Va., pieces and custom-made designer furniture from Pakistan) as well as decorative furniture, lamps (including Blanc de Chine) and Native American artifacts and sculptures.

Coming to the auction block early in the sale is lot 10, a Plains Indian war club (below).

Also included are Asian furniture and art, porcelain and china, glassware, jewelry (including Southwestern sterling silver), multiple listed artist works (including Diego Rivera, Frida Kahlo, Giuseppe Napoli, Fernando Botero, Rufino Tamayo, Kheyradolin Dzhaffarov, George Fischhof, Wolo Trutzschler, Charles Parthesius, Wyland and Alfredo Volpi), militaria, clocks, Persian rugs and collectibles.
