EL MONTE, Calif. – Elegance Gallery/Auctioneers will conduct an Asian & International Fine Arts & Antiques auction on Sunday, Nov. 4, beginning at 11 a.m. PST. LiveAuctioneers.com will provide Internet live bidding.
