MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. – EstateOfMind’s annual pre-Valentine’s Day auction, scheduled for Saturday, February 11, features 350 lots of fine estate jewelry, watches, coins, silver, bronzes, portrait miniatures, sports memorabilia and decorative accessories. The sale will commence at 11 am Eastern time. Absentee and Internet live bidding will be available through LiveAuctioneers.

The estate jewelry category will be highlighted by a circa-1929 diamond and platinum engagement ring centered on a 3.07-carat stone. The ring, and every other pictured highlight, share identical estimates of $25-$1,000. Other jewelry offerings of note include a circa-1940 Art Deco 2.75-carat diamond ring set in platinum with a princess cut stone flanked by 1.40-carat diamonds; and an Art Deco Pailin natural blue sapphire and diamond evening ring set in platinum, which comes with a GIA report.

Wristwatch choices include a circa-1940 Kingston moon phase chronograph; a circa-1960 Omega 14K automatic watch; a circa-1940 Movado 18K rose gold tank wristwatch; a circa-1970 Baum & Mercier 18K Classima wristwatch; and a circa-1970-1980 Corum 18K Classic wristwatch.

The pocket watch selection features an 18th-century 18K Begay-a-Paris erotic automaton example with fusee movement; an early 19th-century English 18K fancy face pocket watch; and a Waltham 14K Riverside 19j model. Decorative accessories are distinguished by a huge collection of Lladro porcelain figurines; 18th-20th century portrait miniatures; a gorgeous 19th- or 20th-century classical bronze nude signed “E. (Ernst) Seger” (German, 1868-1939); and 19th- or 20th-century Herend porcelain golden pheasants.

Sports memorabilia will include a Mickey Mantle 1956 baseball card, Ex-NM; signed baseball cards, including a Tom Seaver from circa 1984; vintage baseball mitts; a circa-1930 football helmet; a Mets team-signed baseball dating to circa 1974, with COA; three-ring binders filled with baseball cards, including a rookie 1984 Don Mattingly card, graded Gem-Mint; and a circa-2014 Derek Jeter autographed All-Stars jersey.
