The estate jewelry offered in the sale ranks among the finest the New York auction house has ever offered. The selection ranges from a sparkling Art Deco 10-carat diamond double-clip brooch set in platinum (shown above) to a large array of antique rings, earrings, stick pins and cufflinks. Additionally, there are mourning necklaces crafted from gold or silver, many of which are set with semi-precious stones of amber, diamonds, jade, moonstone, sapphires, pearls or lapis lazuli.
On August 26 Kensington Estate Auctions will add to its solid reputation as a premier source for Moorcroft art pottery.
