Gracing the catalog cover lot is an important 31.61 carat antique cushion-cut fancy intense yellow diamond measuring approximately 17.19 by 17.06 by 14.12 millimeters. The loose diamond (above) is accompanied by a Gemological Institute of America colored diamond grading certificate number 6197271646, dated April 9, 2018, stating color: natural, fancy intense yellow, even; clarity: VS1; table: 57 percent, depth: 82.8 percent; polish: good; symmetry: good; fluorescence: none (est. $275,000-325,000).
An equally important platinum, fancy colored diamond and diamond ring (below) containing a fancy intense green-blue diamond weighing 1.55 carats, a pair of fancy intense pink-purple diamonds and 57 round brilliant cut diamonds has a $200,000-$300,000 estimate. The ring is an approximate size 6.25.
A pair of platinum, fancy colored diamond and diamond drop earrings, each having two
radiant cut fancy vivid yellow diamonds weighing 1.08 to 1.16 carats and one pear-shape brilliant cut fancy deep orangy pink diamond weighing 0.62 carat and 12 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.03 carat total ($100,000-$150,000).
From Tiffany & Co. is an Edwardian Yogo Gulch, Montana, sapphire and diamond bracelet that which contains 10 oval mixed cut sapphires (est. $140,000-$240,000).
Designed by Jacques Timey for Harry Winston, a platinum and diamond articulated brooch consists of a center cluster containing one round brilliant cut diamond weighing approximately 1.25 carats, five pear-shape brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.50 carats total, and seven marquise cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.70 carats, while the five petals contain 117 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 5.85 carats total ($25,000-$35,000).
Just for fun, a retro yellow gold, platinum, diamond, ruby, sapphire and colored diamond bird brooch by Oscar Heyman and Brothers carries a patriotic look. The brooch is accompanied by an Oscar Heyman Inc. certificate of authenticity, dated July 24, 2018, stating that the gold, platinum, ruby, sapphire and diamond clip, #28951, was manufactured by Oscar Heyman and Brothers in 1940.
