Manufactured in the 19th century, the set comes to auction with a $4,000-$5,000 estimate.

A superb Georgian-style sterling silver coffee pot is designed with a fluted boat-shape body, graceful necked spout, and ebony handle. The silver is further decorated with engraved scrolling patterns and a central wreath cartouche. There are Birmingham hallmark stamps to both the body and lid, and a date mark for 1918. The maker was S. Blanckensee & Sons Ltd., of Frederick Street. The pre-sale estimate is $900-$1,100.
For the modern home, the auction offers numerous choices both in furniture and decorative objects. Combining form and function, a 1960s Danish teak sideboard has three drawers across its top, one of which has been fitted with compartments and baize for cutlery. Below the drawers are single- and double-door cupboards, each containing two shelves. This handsome statement piece is expected to make $1,500-$2,000 at auction.
