DEGERSHEIM, Switzerland – The Swiss Auction Co./Dreamfactory AG will present the Dubai Collection, more than 175 lots of mechanical music, music boxes, collectibles, classic cars and car memorabilia, at an auction Sunday, June 12.

The musical and mechanical highlights of this auction are a Hupfeld Phonolistzt Model A Violina (below), Reuge Revolver and interchangeable music boxes, dance and fairground organs, monkey organs and jukeboxes as well as automatons.

The classic car section stars a Jaguar E-Type Coupe from 1973, Mercedes-Benz V170 from 1938 and Rolls Royce Phantom I from 1929. Other rare and experimental cars include a Rolls Royce Silver Wraith from 1954.

Modern classics are a BMW Z8, built in 2000, and a Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR from 2005. This impressive collection will be complemented by the wedding car of Hollywood’s most famous couple: Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, a Mercedes-Benz 250C from 1973.
