WINDSOR, Conn.,  – Nadeau’s Auction Gallery is excited to announce a two-day June sale featuring premier antiques, furniture, lamps and glass, fine and decorative arts, and silver and jewelry. Lots 1-500 will be sold on June 5, while those from 501 upward will be sold on June 12. Bidding starts at 10 am Eastern time on both days. Absentee and Internet live bidding will be available through LiveAuctioneers.

Breathtaking antique furnishings take several of the top lot slots in the sale, such as a Louis XVI style mahogany pastry table estimated at $1,000-$1,500. It has a removable marble tray top and is detailed with bronze mounts and handles.

 This auction features many outstanding lamps and decorative items by the legendary Tiffany Studios, including a bronze and green glass Tiffany linenfold lamp estimated at $12,000-$18,000. It features a 12-sided shade mounted on a marked bronze base. The shade is stamped “Tiffany Studios, New York, 1927, Patent Applied For,” and its base is stamped “Tiffany Studios, New York, 675”.

Fine silver and jewelry selections are also well represented in the lineup, which features a 14K gold and diamond tennis bracelet, estimated at $1,000-$2,000. It is set with 47 diamonds that have a total weight of more than four carats.

Also showcased are antiques from the US, Europe, and Asia that span every auction category, such as a large Sevres covered urn estimated at $1,000-$2,000. This striking Parisian vase is festively decorated with a painted scene featuring winged infants as well as gilt bronze Bacchus handles. Also on offer is a Japanese Satsuma covered palace urn on a stand, estimated at $1,000-$2,000. Its lid is detailed with a gilt foo lion.

Rounding out the sale are outstanding selections of museum-quality rugs, paintings, and decorative arts, including a Thomas Webb engraved rock crystal style footed bowl, estimated at $4,000-$8,000. It rests on a round engraved base and is decorated with seven engraved flowers amongst spiral flutes.
