Blackwell Auctions to host July 9 Exceptional Estates Auction

CLEARWATER, Fla. – Blackwell Auctions LLC is pleased to announce its July 9 Exceptional Estates Auction. Beginning at noon EST, this 250-lot sale includes furniture, jewelry, coins, fine art and other items gleaned from several estates in the area. Absentee and Internet live bidding will be available through LiveAuctioneers.

Highlight include a dining room suite by R.J. Horner, a rare E.J. Dent 18K gold chronometer, a ladies Rolex DateJust watch, an 1861 Colt Navy Richards-Mason conversion pistol (pictured below), a library table by Merklen Bros. or Hunzinger, an 1873 Winchester lever-action rifle, a Victorian oak Bible box, dozens of pieces of fine jewelry, and several postage stamp albums from a dealer/collector’s estate.

Additionally, the auction features a collection of signed Hawkes ABP cut glass, 1950s-60s baseball cards, gold and silver coins, paintings by listed artists, several bronze sculptures, and many other fine antiques and collectibles.
