Turner Auctions to offer fine Japanese prints March 17

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Turner Auctions + Appraisals will feature Japanese woodblock prints on Sunday, March 17. The sale offers over 95 Japanese prints and etchings, including single prints, triptychs and groupings. Bid absentee or live online through LiveAuctioneers.
A highlight is a rare shunga print by Eiri. Among the other leading artists in the sale are Hiroshige I & II, Utamaro, Jacoulet, Yoshida, Hasui, Keinin, Hokusai, Koitsu, Kasamatsu and Kuniyoshi. Other artworks in the sale include several watercolors and a hand scroll.
